Senior Account Manager

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position at Nithar in Riyadh is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving growth. The Senior Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating project delivery and identifying upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts, manage expectations, and resolve issues throughout the engagement.
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources with internal teams.
• Build long‑term client relationships through regular communication and proactive service.
• Identify and pursue account growth via upselling or cross‑selling of services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation plans before issues arise.
• Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports on account status, project progress, and financial performance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and experience handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Experience identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts and negotiating contracts or proposals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
