Senior Account Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead our client accounts on Amazon and other key EMEA marketplaces such as Jumia and Walmart Europe. Based in Riyadh, you will act as the primary liaison, ensuring exceptional service and driving business growth across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and maintaining clear communication.
- Develop and execute customized account strategies, monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for multi‑channel expansion.
- Collaborate with creative, advertising, data and listing teams to deliver integrated e‑commerce solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing B2B client relationships within e‑commerce environments.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Marketplace and other EMEA platforms (Jumia, Walmart Europe).
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
