Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager with deep expertise in the energy sector to join our Riyadh team. In this role you will own and grow strategic relationships with key energy clients, delivering tailored solutions that drive revenue and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑lasting relationships with energy sector clients, acting as their trusted strategic partner.
• Create and execute comprehensive account plans that incorporate market trends, regulatory considerations and industry best practices.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts through consultative selling and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with product, operations and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
• Monitor account performance, analyse market trends and regulatory changes, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Negotiate contracts, manage pricing discussions and resolve issues with professionalism and compliance expertise.
• Mentor junior account managers and contribute to team growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive account management or business development experience.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in the energy sector (oil & gas, renewable, utilities).
• Proven track record of growing high‑value client accounts and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong strategic planning, project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience with advanced analytics tools and business intelligence platforms.
