About the role
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting month‑end close, and providing insight through budgeting and variance analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Report business transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Assist the team with month‑end closing, forecasting, budgeting and customer billing processes.
- Support the annual audit, preparing draft financial statements and related notes.
- Research and analyse expense variances to provide actionable information for management.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and high level of organization.
Required skills
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with month‑end close, forecasting and budgeting.
- Audit preparation and documentation.
- Expense variance analysis.
