Senior Airport Service Agent

About the role

The Senior Airport Service Agent ensures high‑quality service for Emirates passengers across all airport touchpoints, including check‑in, boarding, lounge, baggage, and ramp operations. The role focuses on delivering Emirates’ standards of safety, security, and customer satisfaction while supervising staff and coordinating with service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in, boarding, special services, baggage, ticket desk, and lounge operations in line with Emirates policies.
• Oversee premium passenger handling, ensuring personalized, high‑level service.
• Supervise catering, cleaning, and maintenance activities within the lounge.
• Coordinate with the Emirates chauffeur service to provide eligible customers with transportation assistance.
• Prepare and reconcile flight coupons, head‑counts, and post‑flight reports.
• Control stock, monitor food‑beverage expenditure, and reduce waste.
• Compile statistical data on passenger trends, meal wastage, and inventory.
• Identify service improvement opportunities and report them to the Airport Services Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in airport or airline customer service, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Emirates’ service standards and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle high‑pressure situations.
