Senior Architect / Architectural Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect / Architectural Designer to join our team. The role involves leading design from concept through construction documentation, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage architectural designs from concept to detailed design and construction documentation.
• Prepare high‑quality drawings, layouts, presentations and design packages.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and authority requirements.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEP and specialist consultants.
• Provide creative and practical design solutions while maintaining project requirements, quality and functionality.
• Support project delivery through technical documentation, presentations, design reviews and coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an architectural consultancy.
• Proven experience delivering residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, planning and detailed drawing production.
• Good understanding of local and international building codes; Saudi Building Code knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
