Senior Associate - Real Estate Investments, KSA

About the role

A leading emerging-markets investment manager is seeking an accomplished VP/Director to drive real estate investments across the Saudi market. This is a senior front-office role based in Riyadh, focused on sourcing, underwriting and managing real estate opportunities in a dynamic and rapidly growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the origination and sourcing of real estate transactions across KSA, including land opportunities, joint ventures, dry-fund deals and partnerships with developers and master developers.
• Build and leverage a network of families, corporates, developers, asset owners and capital providers in the Kingdom.
• Underwrite and analyse new opportunities using institutional-grade investment processes, including fund-level structuring and due diligence.
• Support asset management of existing real estate holdings, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive transaction execution from sourcing through closing.

Required profile

• 8+ years of real estate investment experience within the KSA market.
• A proven network across families, developers, master developers, asset owners and local capital providers.
• A track record of sourcing and closing transactions across land, JVs and development-related deals.

Required skills

• Strong underwriting capabilities aligned with institutional standards (fund structuring, due diligence, financial modelling).
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
