Senior Associate - SME Account Management (Pipeline)

About the role

BUPA is hiring a Senior Associate for its retail sales pipeline in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that specific BUPA products are sold to retail customers based on the leads generated, following the customer's needs and the required sales processes so that the Retail Sales business achieves its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the team leader's KPIs for calls, visits and proposals
• Search for new leads through various sources such as net calls, territory management, referrals and CRM
• Submit quotations within the department KPI of 72 hours
• Write correspondence in Arabic and English to a high standard
• Track sales stages from prospect identification, calls and meetings, through pricing and agreement signature
• Collect premiums in line with Finance and BA credit control policies and aim for 100% of outstanding collections
• Send the daily sales report to the team leader and a monthly report of accounts won and lost
• Keep track of market trends and competitor practices and share the intelligence with retail sales management
• Follow up on customer queries requiring interaction with other departments such as membership, customer service, pre-auth, claims and finance
• Visit clients monthly or as needed to build relationships and apply the loyalty program
• Comply with SAMA and CCHI regulatory requirements to mitigate compliance risk

Required profile

• Good grasp of written and spoken English and Arabic
• Ability to work under pressure and drive to perform at a high level
• Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience; entry-level career band
• Bachelor's degree
• Resident of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
