About the role
The Transmission Line Foreman will supervise line crews responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing underground and overhead electric transmission systems for Alfanar Construction in Riyadh.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise line crews during installation, maintenance and repair of transmission lines, including high‑voltage connectors, transformers and switches.
- Evaluate crew performance, provide training or corrective actions, and develop improved operational procedures.
- Maintain electric line clearances with other utilities and ensure accurate record‑keeping and reporting to supervisors and site engineers.
Required profile
- Ability to recruit, develop and manage high‑performing crew members and take full responsibility for operational outcomes.
- Strong decision‑making skills, proactive problem anticipation and adherence to health, safety and environmental standards.
Required skills
- Electrical transmission system installation and maintenance.
- High‑voltage equipment handling (connectors, transformers, switches).
