Senior Business Development and Partnership Manager

About the role

EnglishPath.org is expanding its footprint in Riyadh and seeks a senior professional to lead business development and partnership initiatives. The role will drive B2B and B2G sales, manage tender processes, and build strategic collaborations with corporate, governmental and educational institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate and government clients in Riyadh.
• Lead tender preparation and manage procurement processes.
• Develop and execute commercial plans to meet revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers across sectors.
• Create and present tailored proposals and pricing.
• Establish partnerships with schools, universities and community organisations.
• Represent EnglishPath at education fairs and industry events.
• Generate partnership‑driven leads to support B2C student recruitment.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Conduct market research and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level B2B/B2G sales experience.
• Proven track record of winning government tenders and corporate contracts.
• Fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a fast‑growing environment.
