About the role

Amrak Facilities Management, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its facilities‑management portfolio across public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia. You will shape the company’s market strategy, build strategic partnerships, and secure profitable contracts that align with the organization’s sustainability and excellence goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term business development strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify new market segments, revenue streams, and emerging trends within the FM sector.
• Conduct market research, generate qualified leads, and maintain a robust pipeline through networking and industry events.
• Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and act as the primary contact during pre‑sales and negotiations.
• Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFPs, and manage the full tender cycle from submission to deal closure.
• Collaborate closely with operations, commercial, legal, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and company capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior business development or sales roles within facilities management or related services.
• Strong track record of winning contracts and expanding client portfolios in both public and private sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross‑functional teams toward common goals.
