Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

ArabyAds is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate is a commercially driven professional with deep experience in digital agencies, media agencies, advertising networks, or digital marketing firms, and an established network of agency and advertiser contacts in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across the KSA market.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new agency and advertiser accounts, building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
• Leverage existing relationships within the KSA agency, media, and digital marketing ecosystem to generate new opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and senior stakeholders.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closing, and handover.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business development targets.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client objectives and presenting tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide pre‑sales support and ensure solution alignment.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of proven business development or sales experience in digital agencies, media agencies, advertising networks, or digital marketing companies.
• Established network of contacts within the Saudi Arabian agency and advertiser landscape.
• Strong consultative selling ability and a track record of closing high‑value deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
