About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Cardiac Ablation Solutions Therapy Consultant to drive growth of its AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the clinical and technical bridge between physicians, electrophysiology labs and Medtronic’s product teams, ensuring successful adoption of cutting‑edge cardiac ablation technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP lab staff on the AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System.
• Deliver in‑service training and education to hospital stakeholders to promote technology acceptance.
• Plan and support system installations, coordinating closely with the technical department.
• Collaborate with the education team to develop and maintain training centers.
• Prioritize case planning to maximize coverage and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or medical engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical electrophysiology experience with independent support of mapping procedures.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel weekly and work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills under high‑stress situations.
