Senior Civil Engineer – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The Senior Civil Engineer will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and ensure the timely execution of civil works for port infrastructure projects. You will prepare critical project management reports that support decision‑making for senior leadership and collaborate with multiple departments to plan and deliver projects in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor civil works progress against schedules and project documents, initiating corrective actions when needed.
• Prepare and deliver project management reports for the Project Manager and senior management.
• Work closely with terminal departments to estimate, plan, and prioritize projects.
• Assist the Project Manager in strategy development, cost control, and budgeting.
• Maintain schedules to ensure contracts are completed on time.
• Provide technical assistance, engineering calculations, design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Prepare and approve engineering designs, bidding documents, and contracts in line with standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure and building projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in project management within a team‑oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Saudi codes and international engineering standards.
