Senior Civil Engineer (Saudi National)

About the role

TEAM Group is launching a new branch in Riyadh and seeks an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead design and project execution activities. The role involves supporting the branch’s technical setup and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support civil engineering design and review activities for upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi local regulations and engineering standards.
• Provide technical support to the Tender Department for proposal preparation and bid documentation.
• Assist the Branch Manager with client engagement, market analysis, and identification of new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the technical development and operational startup of the Riyadh branch.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• 8‑10 years of proven experience in civil engineering design or project execution.
• Ability to work independently and help establish a new branch.
