Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – Risk Consulting (Enterprise Risk)

About the role

The Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager in Enterprise Risk will help clients obtain a clear view of their risk landscape. Working within EY’s Risk Consulting practice, you will support the design and execution of risk management, internal audit and compliance projects for organisations operating in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients and deliver risk management, internal audit and enterprise risk projects under manager supervision.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals for existing and new clients.
• Assist in developing and refreshing methodologies for risk and control solutions.
• Participate in firm‑wide initiatives such as learning & development programmes and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Lead or contribute to project execution, working individually or as part of a team.
• Train, mentor and supervise junior team members, reviewing their work before delivery.
• Ensure delivery aligns with EY’s quality, risk and code‑of‑conduct standards.
