Senior Consultant – Energy Efficiency & Management Advisory

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Riyadh office and help clients improve energy efficiency and management. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop business opportunities, deliver high‑impact advisory services and support large‑scale transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development and win new projects by advising clients on energy efficiency and management solutions.
• Contribute to building a market‑leading team capable of providing board‑level strategic advice and delivering large transformation engagements.
• Collaborate with the EY CCaSS local and regional teams to execute projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of climate change, sustainability drivers and their link to business value.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering large consulting engagements in sustainability, energy efficiency, regulations or related fields.
• Experience in client‑facing consulting roles with 2‑5 years focused on energy efficiency and management advisory.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CEM, ISO 50001, CMVP, BEP or CEA.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
