Senior Cost Control Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Cost Control Manager to join a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. The role will lead cost control activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Conduct detailed cost analyses and provide regular cost performance reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain the Program and Project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and manage version‑controlled changes.
• Support risk assessments and assist in developing mitigation strategies to minimise financial impacts.
• Create and update financial models to forecast project costs and cash flows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure deliverables meet cost and schedule targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control, cost engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience managing budgets for large‑scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and forecast cost performance.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior stakeholders.
