Senior Customer Solutions Consultant

About the role

Unifonic is looking for a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant to help its customers achieve digital transformation through cloud communication. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding CXOs and technology decision‑makers on strategy, solution design, and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison between Sales and Product during the sales cycle, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with virtual teams of sales, engineers and support to evaluate customer communication needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver product demos, pilots and proof‑of‑concepts that showcase Unifonic’s conversational AI and omnichannel platform.
• Escalate and resolve technical issues, providing best‑practice guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Collect and relay client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support and Development.
• Hand off won deals to Customer Success with clear context on goals and configuration.
• Support Account Management on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities with technical input.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales‑focused consulting or solution engineering.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior executives and technology leaders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
