Senior Design and Pre-Construction Project Manager

About the role

BÖWE MENA is seeking a highly experienced Senior Design and Pre‑Construction Project Manager to lead the design development, multidisciplinary coordination and tender preparation for a major residential and commercial tower in Riyadh. The role demands close collaboration with clients, architects, engineering consultants, BIM teams and cost consultants to ensure design quality, programme alignment and timely tender readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project from design development through coordinated tender package completion and issuance.
• Establish the project coordination structure, communication protocols, consultant responsibilities and approval procedures.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, BIM, cost consultancy and specialist design teams to maintain alignment across all disciplines.
• Manage multidisciplinary design delivery, programme milestones, critical path reviews and recovery planning.
• Oversee BIM coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews and resolution of design issues.
• Prepare and consolidate drawings, specifications, schedules and bills of quantities into complete tender packages.
• Facilitate client meetings, technical workshops and consultant coordination sessions, ensuring timely decisions and issue closure.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years (144 months) of experience in design and pre‑construction management of high‑rise residential, commercial or mixed‑use towers.
• Proven track record of leading projects from design development to tender issuance.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, MEP, façade, vertical transportation, fire safety and landscape design interfaces.
• Excellent programme management, stakeholder coordination and reporting abilities.
