Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital growth strategy in Riyadh. The role bridges high‑level brand strategy with hands‑on execution of multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring strong ROI and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, paid social, programmatic and display advertising.
• Manage budgets, audience segmentation and brand positioning for each channel.
• Set up and continuously optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads, applying A/B testing to landing pages and creatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies to align deliverables, timelines and quality standards.
• Plan and execute quarterly on‑site content shoots to support campaign assets.
• Own performance reporting, translating data from GA4, Google Search Console and ad platforms into actionable insights for leadership.
• Build custom dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau to monitor core KPIs.
• Optimise on‑page SEO, keyword research, local SEO and Google Business Profile management.
• Maintain and optimise landing pages using WordPress or similar CMS.
• Oversee social media content planning, community management and influencer collaborations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, with a proven record of scaling paid and organic acquisition channels.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience working with external agencies and managing quarterly content production.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
