Senior Digital Project Manager – Talent Pool (Saudi Arabia)

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end digital transformation projects from discovery through deployment and maintenance.
• Coordinate multi‑workstream builds, ensuring structure, pace and client confidence.
• Shape delivery methodologies for the Saudi market rather than simply inheriting existing playbooks.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies and internal teams to align strategy, UX, design and technical execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of client‑facing digital project management experience, preferably using agile methods.
• 2+ years (ideally 5+) in an agency or consultancy environment.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale website or platform projects covering discovery, strategy, UX, design, development, QA, deployment and support.
• Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
