Senior Executive Manager – PR Contract Management

About the role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Executive Manager to lead Provider Relations (PR) contract management. The role focuses on designing and managing a comprehensive network of healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with CCHI and SAMA regulations. You will work closely with sales, marketing and finance to develop new insurance products and achieve profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define contract rules and standards for all providers, supervise new contracts, service code additions and renewals.
• Ensure contracts meet regulatory, licensing and renewal requirements.
• Introduce benchmarking systems for frequently billed items and develop pricing models for optical and other specialized services.
• Revamp coding systems, eliminate duplicate or invalid codes, and implement ICD‑10‑AM standards.
• Design discount structures, PPD rules and volume‑based pricing slabs.
• Negotiate price‑reduction plans and service‑bundling agreements with providers.
• Provide regular price forecasts to business stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimise the provider network to cover all benefit classes, adjusting tiers based on risk, cost and business needs.

Required profile

• Medical degree (Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years (60 months) experience in healthcare contracting, pricing or network management.
• Strong knowledge of CCHI and SAMA rules and regulations.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and develop pricing models.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
