Senior Finance Business Partner – Red Sea International Airport

About the role

The Senior Finance Business Partner will act as the key integrator across the finance function for the Red Sea International Airport project. Reporting to the Head of FP&A and working closely with the Financial Controller, the role supports the CFO and senior leaders with financially‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis for the airport.
• Provide scenario modelling, variance analysis and actionable business recommendations.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve planning accuracy.
• Support month‑end close, financial reporting, reconciliations and audit requirements.
• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, executive presentations and performance commentary.
• Develop business cases, investment appraisals and financial assessments for strategic projects.
• Drive process improvements and enhance data quality across finance outputs.

Required profile

• Manager‑level individual contributor with at least 72 months of finance experience.
• Trusted advisor to the CFO and functional leaders.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into commercial insight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
