Senior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Specialist will lead day‑to‑day HR operations at Wooden Coffee in Riyadh. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on managing the employee life‑cycle, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law, and supporting managers in workforce planning and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits for all employees.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures aligned with local regulations.
• Support managers with workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including enrollment and communication.
• Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and contribute to HR projects that enhance employee experience.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in core HR functions with proven HR management experience.
• Ability to develop and interpret HR policies that comply with Saudi labour regulations.
• Experience handling employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certification preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Experience with HR analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of Saudi labour law and regional HR best practices.
