Senior Internal Auditor – General Services (Riyadh)

About the role

Assess and perform audits for General Services (HR, Facilities, Admin, Corporate) internal controls, manage risks, and ensure compliance with alfanar’s policies at the head office in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain audit policies and procedures aligned with local and international best practices.
• Review and improve General Services policies, procedures and internal control framework.
• Plan and execute risk‑based audit assignments, prioritize audit areas and prepare business intelligence reports.
• Perform audit fieldwork, test internal controls, analyze performance indicators and maintain comprehensive audit programs.
• Lead and supervise audit teams, interact with process owners and ensure consistent execution of audit activities.
• Prepare draft audit reports, discuss findings with department managers, agree on action plans and track progress.
• Conduct ad‑hoc investigations, pre‑implementation system tests and periodic variance analyses.
• Provide training, coaching and leadership to sub‑ordinates, delegating tasks to maintain morale and motivation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
• 5–10 years of audit experience, preferably in General Services or similar environments.
• Proven ability to lead audit teams, coach staff and manage multiple audit engagements.
