Senior Key Account Manager – Health & Benefits

About the role

The Senior Key Account Manager will lead Aon's Health & Benefits portfolio across the Central Region, overseeing strategic client relationships and driving business growth. You will be responsible for client retention, service excellence, and guiding a team of account professionals to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of major Health & Benefits clients, building strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Lead renewal negotiations, retention strategies, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Support regional business strategies, monitor portfolio performance, and achieve revenue, retention, and profitability targets.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring for Account Managers and Client Service teams.
• Participate in prospect meetings, client presentations, and tender submissions to drive regional growth.
• Ensure exceptional client experience through regular review meetings and service improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with insurers, service providers, and internal departments to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and support internal audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic Health & Benefits accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Leadership ability to coach and develop account teams.
