Senior Legal Researcher

About the role

The Senior Legal Researcher will support Saudi Telecom Company's legal team by conducting in‑depth legal research, drafting documents, and analysing regulatory developments. This position plays a key role in ensuring that legal proceedings and internal investigations are well‑documented and compliant with Saudi law and telecom regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents such as briefs, contracts, agreements, pleadings, and appeals; file pleadings with the court clerk when required.
• Draft affidavits and maintain organized paper or electronic filing systems.
• Complete forms, accident reports, trial requests, and internal applications for STC customers.
• Collect and analyse statutes, case decisions, legal articles, codes, and other research data; deliver reports to lawyers.
• Coordinate with Network, IT, and Information Center teams to gather information not available in the ICMS system.
• Assist in analysing new government rules and regulations affecting the company.
• Investigate employee violations across regions and report findings to senior management.
• Review employee legal cases prior to granting housing loans.
• Follow Legal Affairs policies and ensure consistent execution of assigned tasks.
• Execute project stages on schedule to achieve required results.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate legal roles.
• Demonstrated ability to work with legal documentation and court procedures.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in English.
