Senior Logistics Manager

About the role

This senior position leads logistics planning and delivery for one of Saudi Arabia’s largest giga‑development projects. Reporting to the Project Director, the manager will shape and execute integrated logistics strategies that ensure safe, efficient and on‑time delivery of complex infrastructure and vertical construction programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive construction logistics strategies, plans, policies and procedures for multi‑package programmes.
• Lead logistics solutions across multiple work fronts, establishing construction logistics plans (CLPs) and traffic management plans (TMPs).
• Oversee site logistics activities including material movements, equipment transport, workforce transportation, waste management, laydown yards and internal traffic control.
• Prepare logistics scopes, contract packaging strategies, budgets and commercial documentation.
• Monitor logistics performance, drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with programme milestones.
• Mentor and manage multidisciplinary logistics teams, fostering a safety‑focused culture.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities to integrate logistics into overall programme delivery.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in construction logistics management for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities, with experience managing multidisciplinary logistics teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working with government agencies, contractors and consultants.
• Ability to develop logistics strategies, budgets and commercial documentation.
• Track record of delivering logistics solutions that meet programme milestones while minimizing disruption.
