Senior Manager - Dive Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager – Dive Operations will lead the creation and ongoing excellence of a new dive centre at a flagship Red Sea destination. Reporting to the Galaxea Cluster Manager, you will build the operation from the ground up, ensuring safety, premium guest experiences and alignment with environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and launch the dive centre, including facility readiness and system implementation.
• Recruit, train and manage a team of up to 13 diving professionals.
• Oversee daily dive operations, ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
• Deliver and supervise dive training, certification programs and guided excursions.
• Manage dive‑related sales, revenue streams and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Sustainability and SEZ teams to meet marine conservation requirements.
• Support expansion planning for additional dive centres across other assets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in marine or adventure tourism operations.
• Strong track record of building high‑performing teams and operational processes.
• Deep understanding of dive safety standards and environmental stewardship.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple departments.
