Senior Manager – Entertainment Strategy

About the role

The Senior Manager – Entertainment Strategy will help shape Qiddiya’s entertainment portfolio by supporting the Associate Director in defining and delivering the long‑term vision for new entertainment destinations. This role drives early planning, concept development and ensures alignment with strategic, guest experience and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Associate Director in executing overall entertainment asset strategies to meet portfolio ambitions.
• Lead early design phases (ideation, pre‑concept, concept) for new entertainment assets.
• Prepare project documentation such as RFPs, SOWs, programmes, strategy briefs and matrices.
• Manage consultants, IP licensors and third‑party partners to align insights with scope and business expectations.
• Conduct benchmark analysis on theme parks, family entertainment centres and related assets.
• Support development of go‑live strategies, including operating models, pricing, sales & marketing and manpower planning.
• Produce and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals and communicate designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in real‑estate and entertainment projects.
