Senior Manager – Strategy and Delivery

About the role

This senior position leads the development and execution of corporate strategy initiatives, translating national and shareholder priorities into actionable road‑maps. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure strategic objectives are aligned with capacity, funding and delivery readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned workstreams supporting the corporate strategy refresh, including mandate clarity, strategic objectives, service‑portfolio themes and revenue levers.
• Translate high‑level priorities into clear options, trade‑offs and sequencing recommendations for strategy leadership.
• Develop workstream contributions to multi‑year strategic road‑maps, ensuring alignment with ambition, capacity and funding.
• Own planning and reporting inputs for assigned areas, consolidating timely, high‑quality submissions.
• Define KPI architecture, ownership, baselines, targets and governance notes for the domains you support.
• Produce performance deep‑dives, exception summaries and evidence‑based corrective actions.
• Track strategic initiatives, manage dependencies and escalate risks that threaten delivery.
• Improve operating model outputs, decision rights, governance forums and cross‑functional interfaces.
• Identify execution bottlenecks and propose pragmatic governance and workflow improvements.
• Prepare committee materials, facilitate cross‑functional workshops and coordinate with government entities and regulators as required.
• Lead and mentor up to two direct reports and manage external consultants to ensure quality and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, enterprise transformation, performance management or management consulting, preferably in large‑scale, multi‑stakeholder or public‑sector environments.
• Proven ability to produce executive‑ready materials and lead cross‑functional workstreams.
