Senior Manager, Technical Sales and Business Development

About the role

The Senior Manager, Technical Sales and Business Development will lead growth of AllClear's C‑130 Life Extension portfolio and engineered products across the Middle East, Africa and India. Working closely with the Regional Sales Director, you will combine technical expertise with commercial strategy to secure new business and manage existing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute regional sales strategy for C‑130 Life Extension products (Short POD, ECS E2H®, DFQMS).
• Drive engineering sales of AllClear Engineered Products, including Hologram Products.
• Identify and develop new opportunities for OEM partner products across the assigned region.
• Manage in‑country MRO programs where AllClear acts as stocking distributor, ensuring parts availability.
• Prepare technical sales packages, proposals and business development materials.
• Support qualification, certification, retrofit and upgrade programs with customers and partners.
• Develop financial green sheets and 4‑blockers to evaluate opportunity viability.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in technical sales, business development or program management within aerospace/defense.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary sales cycles and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of export controls and financial business case development.
