Senior Marketing Communication

About the role

The Senior Marketing Communication professional will own end‑to‑end communication for both Fina Capital and Mowaridi, ensuring that messaging, timelines, and online/offline plans are aligned, consistent, and delivered on schedule across the two brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own and review all marketing communication output for Fina Capital and Mowaridi.
• Collaborate with business teams to align priorities, offers and upcoming plans.
• Plan performance‑marketing budget and brief the Media Buyer team.
• Manage communication timelines, track deadlines and prevent slips.
• Coordinate with Social Media to ensure consistent messaging and aligned campaigns.
• Build and maintain online and offline communication plans for both brands.
• Work with Creative team to guarantee clear messaging across assets.
• Partner with Customer Support to create content that addresses common customer questions.
• Produce weekly activity reports and a monthly summary.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing communication, preferably handling multiple brands or product lines.
• Experience planning performance‑marketing budgets and briefing media‑buying teams.
• Strong project‑management instincts with the ability to own timelines and spot delays early.
• Excellent written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with business, creative, social media and performance teams.
