Senior Medical Advisor – Immuno-Oncology (Riyadh)

About the role

The Senior Medical Advisor – Immuno‑Oncology will join Bristol Myers Squibb's Medical Affairs team in Riyadh. This role bridges clinical research and the cross‑functional brand team, driving scientific communication, education, and strategic medical initiatives across the immuno‑oncology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with scientific experts, thought leaders, and external organizations in immuno‑oncology.
• Create and deliver accurate, compliant medical content to healthcare professionals through presentations, advisory boards, symposia, and virtual meetings.
• Continuously profile the medical landscape, tracking product knowledge, treatment trends, unmet needs, and competitive activity.
• Collect and relay meaningful medical insights to inform internal strategy and planning.
• Design, propose, and execute scientifically robust medical programs such as advisory boards, satellite symposia, and roundtables.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration within matrix teams to embed the medical perspective into key execution plans.

Required profile

• Minimum of 60 months (5 years) experience in medical affairs, scientific collaboration, or related roles within the pharmaceutical/biotech sector.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with healthcare professionals and thought leaders effectively.
• Strong understanding of immuno‑oncology therapeutics, clinical trial data, and patient treatment pathways.
• Excellent medical communication skills with a focus on compliance and ethical standards.
