Senior Medical Science Liaison – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Join a multinational pharmaceutical company building its Medical Affairs footprint in Saudi Arabia ahead of a new product launch. As a Senior Medical Science Liaison you will help shape the scientific engagement model and contribute to the local medical strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Scientific engagement with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and treating physicians across the assigned region.
• Lead pre‑launch medical activities such as insight generation, advisory boards and scientific platform readiness.
• Support local evidence generation and real‑world data initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Market Access, Regulatory and Commercial teams in a launch context.
• Contribute to the development of the local medical strategy rather than following a fixed playbook.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality (Saudization requirement).
• PharmD, MD, PhD or equivalent life‑sciences degree.
• Minimum 5 + years of MSL experience in Saudi Arabia with an established KOL network.
• Background in Rare Diseases, Oncology, Immunology or Neuroscience.
• Pre‑launch or launch exposure is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
