Senior Operations Manager – Multi‑Unit Coffee & Roastery

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day running of CORE Coffee & Roastery’s multiple cafés across Riyadh. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure each outlet follows company SOPs, delivers consistent coffee quality and meets financial targets while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all coffee‑shop locations, conducting regular visits, audits and performance reviews.
• Monitor and improve sales, average ticket, labor and food costs, wastage and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Develop and execute action plans for under‑performing stores and support new store openings and expansions.
• Lead, coach and schedule Store Managers and their teams, handling manpower planning and employee engagement.
• Ensure coffee preparation, brewing and product presentation meet brand standards in partnership with the Roastery and Supply Chain.
• Control inventory, manage stock rotation and minimise waste and unnecessary expenses.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, health, safety and municipal regulations through inspections and corrective actions.
• Drive initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and brand perception.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, F&B Management or a related field.
• 7‑10+ years of experience in food‑and‑beverage operations, preferably in specialty coffee or multi‑unit environments.
• Proven track record of managing several outlets, with strong P&L, sales and cost‑control expertise.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to develop store managers and foster a service‑oriented culture.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret KPIs and implement improvement plans.
