Senior Planner

About the role

The Senior Planner will join Bechtel’s team delivering the Expo 2030 Riyadh infrastructure program. Working on a six‑square‑kilometer master‑plan, you will support the preparation and management of schedules for early works, utilities, streets, parks and legacy mixed‑use development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with the master‑plan.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling functions across multiple disciplines.
• Establish criteria and standards for project planning and scheduling activities.
• Perform schedule analysis, identify critical paths and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate schedule status and updates to internal teams and the client.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proven ability to work on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams.
