Senior Pre‑Qualification & Prescription Engineer

About the role

The Senior Pre‑Qualification & Prescription Engineer will lead technical pre‑qualification and service prescription activities, ensuring that maintenance, support and service scopes are accurately defined, specified and approved according to customer, consultant and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit technical pre‑qualification documents for maintenance and service scopes, aligning with customer and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee accuracy, completeness and timely submission of service‑related pre‑qualification packages.
• Support inclusion of maintenance, operation and service add‑ons within technical specifications and contract documents.
• Review tender documents, technical specifications and scopes of work, identifying gaps, risks and recommending compliant service solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders to obtain service acceptance and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, compliance matrices and approval records, and provide periodic status reports.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, capturing lessons learned to enhance future service offerings.
