Senior Project Director (PPP)

About the role

JASARA is a program management company delivering PMC services for complex, high‑impact initiatives. As a Senior Project Director (PPP), you will lead major public‑private partnership programmes, guiding projects from strategy through execution and aligning diverse stakeholders to achieve high‑value infrastructure outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic decision‑making and resolve issues across high‑value PPP initiatives.
• Lead PPP projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring successful execution.
• Support winning PPP bids through market‑facing leadership and client engagement.
• Serve as Market Lead for PPP projects, representing the firm in client and partner interactions.
• Oversee PPP project delivery across all key phases, maintaining programme governance.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience leading complex PPP or infrastructure project delivery with a proven track record of winning PPP bids.
• Leadership in programme management and risk oversight, including PPP bid governance.
• Strong ability to develop client relationships and manage senior stakeholders across public and private sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep knowledge of PPP procurement models, contracts, and commercial structures (preferred).
• Experience with PPP asset classes such as transport, social infrastructure, utilities, or mixed‑use programmes (advantageous).
