Senior Project Engineer

About the role

Flowserve is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the delivery of customer orders from contract award through final completion. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage change orders and negotiate adjustments.
• Control project financials, monitor spending, cash flow, and report progress against financial targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams such as engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to meet project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, ISO 9001 procedures, and company processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing engineering projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and handle complex customer interactions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk and change management.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
