Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the full portfolio of facility management projects across government and private sector contracts in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures operational excellence, profitability, and alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire FM project portfolio, delivering on scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Set strategic direction for the Projects Department in line with the annual business plan.
• Lead, mentor and develop the team of Project Managers (government and private).
• Chair weekly and monthly project review meetings, tracking performance, risks and corrective actions.
• Drive portfolio‑level resource planning, manpower allocation and capacity forecasting.
• Monitor contract P&L, protect margins and control costs.
• Review and approve budgets, cost forecasts, variation orders and commercial claims.
• Lead contract renewal strategies and negotiate key commercial terms.
• Ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition and collection support.
• Oversee mobilisation and demobilisation planning for new and expiring contracts.
• Act as senior escalation point for client issues and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in facility management project delivery.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple project managers and large portfolios.
• Strong understanding of contract P&L, risk management and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills for senior client and stakeholder engagement.
