Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh. The role will lead the delivery of major civil engineering and transportation infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, and urban works, ensuring technical excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director in the overall running of the project.
• Advise on design sufficiency, identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Liaise with discipline managers and site team leaders to ensure effective communication.
• Develop and implement procedures for planning, supervising construction works, and controlling costs.
• Review and approve technical documents submitted by contractors to the client.
• Monitor progress and resource use, initiating corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and stakeholder requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and adjust engagement strategies.
• Apply change control and configuration management processes.
• Report project progress through highlight reports and end‑stage assessments.
• Identify inter‑project dependencies and mitigate impacts.
• Contribute to technical issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess and improve project management processes, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Apply analytical, project management and technical writing skills at task level.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Engineering Management or a related field (preferred).
• Approximately 15 years (180 months) of experience delivering large‑scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with change control, configuration management and quality standards.
