Senior Sales Advisor

About the role

Join On’s inaugural store in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Sales Advisor. You will be a key member of the retail team in Riyadh, delivering premium customer experiences while championing the brand’s movement‑focused values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to every customer, from greeting to post‑sale support.
• Supervise and mentor junior advisors, modelling a customer‑first approach.
• Manage daily zoning schedules to optimise store traffic flow.
• Open and close the store following established protocols.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate global initiatives such as sustainability and athlete stories.
• Contribute ideas for merchandising, events and community activities.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stock replenishment.
• Build and nurture relationships with coaches, partners and the local running community.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, quick learner who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for sport, movement and community engagement.
• Ability to multitask, stay attentive to customers and adapt to business needs.
