Senior Sales Coordinator

About the role

Alstom Grid is looking for a full‑time Senior Sales Coordinator to join its Saudi Arabia team. In this role you will support the Sales and Business Development function, ensuring smooth coordination of commercial activities and efficient use of internal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day commercial operations and support all commercial functions.
• Assist in preparing commercial proposals by gathering documentation and inputs.
• Maintain and update customer procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba and GEP.
• Own and manage the Commercial SharePoint site and other internal collaboration tools.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including purchase orders, invoicing, and order tracking.
• Arrange business travel and process expense claims through corporate systems.
• Support the Customer Director by organizing key business information and reports.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Engineering or Business (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales coordination, commercial support, or related functions.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
