Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our B2B and corporate car‑rental portfolio. You will use your deep knowledge of the automotive and fleet‑management sectors to secure long‑term leasing contracts and grow key accounts across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and close high‑value corporate, multinational and government accounts for long‑term fleet leasing.
• Build and maintain a mature B2B sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach and corporate visits.
• Prepare, present and deliver tailored fleet solutions and commercial proposals to procurement heads and C‑level executives.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms and Service Level Agreements to secure profitable multi‑year contracts.
• Manage existing corporate relationships to maximise retention, upsell services and ensure seamless contract renewals.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly corporate sales revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of solid B2B corporate sales experience, preferably in car rental, corporate leasing, fleet management or the automotive sector.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle for executive client visits.
