Senior Sales Executive – Outbound B2B SaaS

About the role

This is an outbound hunting position where you will independently find, open and close new B2B accounts for Idaratech’s cloud ERP suite. You will also convert qualified inbound leads handed over by the SDR team, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to signed contract.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events and field visits.
• Take over qualified inbound leads, run discovery meetings and move prospects to product demos.
• Qualify prospects on need, budget, authority and timeline; deliver demos, build tailored proposals and negotiate within approved discount limits.
• Log all activities and deal stages in the CRM, maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
• Master Idaratech’s product portfolio and Saudi regulatory context (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem) and share market feedback with internal teams.
• Mentor junior Sales Executives and support the Sales Team Lead in deal reviews.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS, ERP or related software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through outbound prospecting.
• Fluent Arabic and professional English (spoken and written).
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to visit clients on‑site.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of a CRM system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
