Sales Support

About the role

The Sales Support role assists the sales team by ensuring smooth communication between customers, internal stakeholders and supply‑chain functions. It bridges the call centre, logistics partners and the product distribution centre to meet customer expectations and resolve issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with sales activities and communicate with stakeholders to support customers.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain functions to deliver on customer expectations.
• Work closely with the call centre to facilitate customer requirements.
• Ensure timely communication among stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Report demand and performance metrics to management.
• Monitor supply‑chain processes for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with PDC on PDR requests and with logistics vendors for order delivery.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma in parts operations, sales, inventory, planning or management.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Strong time‑management abilities.
• Active learning mindset to apply new information.
• Ability to tolerate stress and handle criticism calmly.
• Goal‑oriented with a focus on achieving challenging targets.
• Problem sensitivity – recognizing potential issues early.
