Senior Sales Manager Middle East & India (Remote)

About the role

SHA Wellness Clinic, a global leader in integrative health and longevity, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across its luxury destinations in Spain, Mexico and future openings in the Gulf region. This remote position focuses on expanding the GCC market while representing the brand at high‑level industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of the GCC market, targeting high‑value revenue across SHA’s destinations.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales.
• Build and manage relationships with luxury travel agencies, concierge networks and private client advisors.
• Drive both B2B partnerships and direct‑to‑consumer sales for diversified growth.
• Act as a brand ambassador at industry events and networking environments.
• Provide market intelligence on trends, competitor activity and client behavior.
• Collaborate with global Marketing, PR and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless client journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness or high‑end lifestyle sales, with a strong focus on the GCC market.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling Gulf markets.
• Strong personal network within the Gulf luxury ecosystem.
• Passion for health, longevity and wellbeing, aligned with SHA’s values.
