Senior Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative will call on existing and prospective buyers within a defined geographical area, driving sales of the company's equipment rental and sales solutions while adhering to trading guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers regularly.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote equipment rental and sales solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on business opportunities.
• Make professional client presentations that promote price‑value advantage.
• Submit accurate sales forecasts for the territory.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends and activities.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve target sales volume and turnover.
• Achieve cost‑effective sales coverage of the territory.
• Responsible for CRM reporting of opportunities, rentals, used equipment and projects.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent, preferably a Business Degree MBO; Engineering degree is advantageous.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales of heavy equipment, construction equipment, or equipment rental.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Arabic.
